P-CEP Welcomes Students for New Year

The late days of August 2008 were the beginning of school-year 2008-2009 at Plymouth-Canton Educational Park (P-CEP). And yes, the freshman class carried the distinction and banner of the year 2012. What was new this year besides the ID cards, books and teachers whose name you never heard before? The revised, and soon to be sincerely enforced dress code!  P-CEP's 'Code of Conduct' was the first homework assignment.
