"The Rock" has a New Home!
The Rock. April 12, 2010. As mysteriously as paint appears on the Salem Rock, there too is a mystery surrounding its migration to a new location during spring break 2010.

If ancient aliens, super-strong seniors or construction equipment had anything to do with it moving we'll never know. Hidden behind the construction fence since fall, staff and students alike did a double-take as they arrived at school the first day back from break. (Week of April 4, 2010.)

The Rock sits a good foot higher above ground and layers of paint can be counted.
